At Modevera, your confidence and satisfaction matter. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We keep our returns process simple, fair, and transparent — with clear terms and no hidden surprises.
Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK Cooling-Off Period)
Our 30-day return policy extends your statutory right to cancel under UK consumer law, giving you extra time to decide if your purchase is right for you.
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Hygiene seals must be intact (where applicable)
- Return requested within 30 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
We believe in being clear about return costs:

- A fixed £10 return shipping fee applies
- This amount will be deducted from your refund
Our Mistake

- No deductions will be made from your refund
We only cover return shipping costs when the error is on our side.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair, in line with UK consumer law.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will prioritise your request and cover all return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item — or proof it has been sent back — your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.
Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, please contact our support team before returning your item. We’ll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
