1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — absolutely. We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend and no hidden charges.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time you place your order.
This includes:
- 1–2 business days for processing
- 3–5 business days for delivery
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking details by email.
3. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to follow your delivery. If you can’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us — we’re happy to help.
4. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options, including:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Union Pay Diners Club, JCB, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

6. How do I choose the right size?
Our Size Guide provides detailed UK measurements for dresses, trousers, jackets, and heels. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@modevera.co.uk. Orders can usually be updated or cancelled within a few hours of being placed, provided they haven’t yet been dispatched.
8. What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
We’re very sorry if this happens. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
10. Is shopping on Modevera secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal information. Payments are handled by trusted providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal, and we never store your card details.
